1 - SENDING THE QUOTATION
Tell us what you need for your personalized sports equipment and we will send you a quote that best suits your needs. Tell us the details, the materials you prefer and any extra you want to include so we can make you a customized proposal.

2 - DESIGN OF THE EQUIPMENT
We work with you to create a unique and personalized design. Tell us your ideas, colors and preferred styles, and send us any sketch or image similar to what you want. Our team of designers will turn your idea into an outstanding sports kit tailored to your needs. The design price includes shields, names, numbers and sponsors.

3 - PHYSICAL SAMPLE
Although it is not always necessary, we recommend a physical sample of the product so you can personally see the details, shields and colors. They usually take between 48 and 72 hours to send it, ensuring that everything is to your liking.

4 - MANUFACTURING
The production of the kits starts after confirmation of the sample and sending of sizes, names, etc. Production time is 20 to 25 days. Once production has started, no changes in design, sizes or additions are allowed.
They are preparing in a box an order of Protex equipment to be shipped to the customer.
5 - DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
The customer will be notified in advance of the day of delivery of the equipment so that he/she can make the remaining payment of the order. You should be prepared to receive the order on the date indicated.

A well-designed kit needs vectorized logos to ensure good print quality. Ask the sponsor or designer for the logo. If not, we will do our best to improve it (it may have an additional cost). Prepare the necessary resources in advance, considering presentations, competitions and costume renovations. Don't wait until the last minute to place your order.
